1. Acceptance of these Terms

By accessing girlfriendonline.live (the “Site”, operated by Girlfriend Online) you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of them, do not use the Site. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Adults only (18+)

The Site discusses and promotes adult-oriented AI companion services. You must be at least 18 years old — or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher — to access it. By using the Site you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and that viewing adult-oriented material is legal where you are located.

3. What this Site is (and is not)

Girlfriend Online is an independent informational and marketing website. We review, describe and link to third-party AI companion platforms. We do not operate chat services, host user accounts, process payments, or create the AI characters described. All product mock-ups shown on the Site are illustrative renderings, not screenshots of a service we operate.

4. Fictional characters

Every companion, girlfriend or persona referenced on the Site is a fictional, AI-generated character. Names, images, statuses, schedules and conversations shown are illustrative. Any resemblance to real persons, living or dead, is coincidental and unintended.

5. Affiliate relationship

Links from the Site to partner services are affiliate links: if you register or purchase after following one, we may earn a commission at no additional cost to you. This relationship never changes the price you pay and is disclosed in detail in our Affiliate Disclosure.

6. Third-party services

Your relationship with any partner platform — including its content, subscriptions, billing, cancellation and data handling — is governed solely by that platform's own terms and policies. We are not a party to that relationship and accept no responsibility for it. Review the partner's terms before registering.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to: scrape, crawl or bulk-download the Site in violation of robots.txt; attempt to breach, probe or overload our infrastructure; frame or mirror the Site; misrepresent your affiliation with us; or use the Site to violate any applicable law.

8. Intellectual property

The Site's design, text, layout and original graphics are owned by Girlfriend Online or its licensors and are protected by copyright. You may view and share links to the Site freely; you may not republish substantial portions of its content without prior written permission. Third-party trademarks remain the property of their owners.

9. Disclaimers

The Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied — including accuracy, availability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Descriptions of partner features reflect our understanding at the time of writing and may become outdated. AI companion services are entertainment products; nothing on the Site is medical, psychological, relationship or financial advice.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Girlfriend Online shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, revenue or goodwill, arising from your use of the Site or of any third-party service reached through it. Our aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed one hundred US dollars (USD 100).

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Girlfriend Online from any claims, damages and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

12. Changes to the Site and Terms

We may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the Site at any time without notice, and may revise these Terms by posting an updated version on this page with a new “last updated” date.

13. Governing law and contact
