1. Our commitment

2. Nature of our content

All imagery on this Site depicts fictional, AI-generated characters produced or licensed for this purpose; no photographs of real persons are knowingly used. Product interfaces shown are illustrative mock-ups. If you nonetheless believe material on the Site infringes your copyright, follow the procedure below.

3. Filing a takedown notice

Send a written notice to support@girlfriendonline.live with the subject “DMCA Notice”, including:

• identification of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed;
• the exact URL(s) on girlfriendonline.live where the material appears;
• your name, postal address, telephone number and email address;
• a statement of good-faith belief that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
• a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act for the owner;
• your physical or electronic signature.

4. What happens next

We review complete notices within ten (10) business days. If the claim is valid, we remove or disable access to the material and note the removal internally. Incomplete notices will receive a reply describing what is missing.

5. Counter-notification

If your material was removed and you believe the removal was mistaken or the material was misidentified, you may send a counter-notification containing: identification of the removed material and its former URL; a statement under penalty of perjury of good-faith belief that removal was an error; your name, address and phone number; consent to the jurisdiction of your local federal court (or, outside the US, an equivalent statement); and your signature. If we receive a valid counter-notice, we may restore the material within 10–14 business days unless the original complainant files a court action.

6. Misrepresentation

Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing, or that it was removed by mistake, may be liable for damages including costs and attorneys' fees. Please do not submit fraudulent notices.

7. Repeat infringers

Where applicable, we terminate the participation of repeat infringers in any submission or partnership channel connected to the Site.

8. Third-party platforms

Content hosted by partner services we link to is outside our control. Notices concerning material on a partner platform should be sent to that platform's designated agent; we can forward you the correct contact if needed.

9. Non-copyright complaints

Trademark issues, likeness/publicity concerns and other non-copyright complaints may be sent to the same address with an appropriate subject line; we handle them under the same ten-business-day review standard.
